TWO- TONE CHOC- CHIP COOKIES

Chocolate Chip Cookies.. coklat cip, hmm favourite semua orang !! 
Belum cakap pasal rasanya, bau pun saja sudah cukup menggiurkan!

Banyak resepi yang boleh dicari, tapi aku lebih suka resepi dari "Crazy for Chocolate" - Confident Cooking, kerana ianya simple dan  sedap :)

Hari ini kena post cok-cip ni kerana orang jauh minta .... harapan aku cik adik ni dapatlah siapkan cok-cipnya sepanjang cuti semester ini.

Sai, aunty letak post ni semata-mata di atas permintaan awak tau! Bila dah pandai buat dan dah berniaga besar-besaran, jangan lupa  ye!!

TWO- TONE CHOC- CHIP COOKIES

125 g butter
1 1/2cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 eggs - lightly beaten
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 1/2 cups plain flour
100 g  ground almond
150 g dark choc cip bits
150 g white choc cip bits

  1. Preheat oven to moderate 180'C. Brush two oven trays with melted butter. Line with baking paper.
  2. Using electric beater, beat butter, sugar and essence until light and creamy. 
  3. Add eggs gradually, beating well after each addition.
  4. Transfer to a larger bowl.
  5. Using  a metal spoon, fold soda, sifted flour and choc bits and almond  into creamed mixture, mix until smooth.
  6. Drop level tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays, allowing for spreading: flatten mixture slightly.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes or  until lightly browned and cooked through.
  8. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
